    Embroidery Customization Agreement

    This Customized Item is Not Returnable or Exchangeable.

    This will be a custom altered garment, modified to your specifications, and can NOT be returned or exchanged. Even, if you order the incorrect size, orders with embroidery, custom striping, or dealership logos are not returnable or exchangeable. Please allow 12 - 15 days processing time before order ships.

    Direct Text - Cap or Hat Embroidery

    Simple text can be embroidered on any hat we sell. No set up fees. No minimum order quantities. The price is $7.95 for the front of the cap, and the $4.95 additonal for the rear. Please allow 12-15 days for completion of embroidery before your order ships. We offer a complete line of embroidery options, if you don't see what you need, contact customer service for assistance from one of our embroidery specialists.

    Six Font Styles are Available:
    BLOCK, VERTICAL BLOCK, Block, Vertical Block, Brush Script, and Sports Script.

    Two Layout Styles are Available:

    Hat Embroidery Placement   Hat Embroidery Placement

    Embroidery Line Placement:
    Hat Embroidery can be placed on; the Front Panel Line (FPL) which is the center of both front cap panel, and the Rear Panel Line (OBP). The Front can have up to 2 lines, while the Back of the cap can only have one line of 16 letters maximum    .

    Very nice hats

    The hats are very nice. My crew was quite surprised with my gifts to them. All I can say negative is the top of "E" at the end of MIKE was crooked on all. I'm hoping to get more, and furnish new uniforms for them in the future.
