Good Company to do business with
I wore Dickies work pants for years and had never heard of Red Kap work clothes until now. The PT-2A pant is well made and is reasonably priced. The fit is good and if you need a longer rise like I do then this is the pant to buy.
Nices work pants I have ever worn Will order more
my son loved it for work
My son's company was charging him rent for his uniform . These pants stopped that. Now he has his own.
Pants look great and are built well...
I am pleased with the look & construction. I can be tough on uniforms so I look forward to seeing how they wear.
THE PANTS ARE GREAT
I LIKE THE EXTRA POCKETS FOR TOOLS SO YOU DONT HAVE TO TRY AND CARRY THEM ALL THE TIME.
I've used the red cap clothes for some time and these pants with double knees are the greatest.
Well made pants
First time buying this type pants. I think they will hold up well.
Well built pair of pants for tough on clothes men!
Red Cap makes a high quality work pant , not just for the auto repair industry, but for the cleaning profession and any hard labor kind of job!
PT2A double knee pants are made of great quality for the price. I love the flexibility while stooping, bending etc. so far holds up well after washing.
I've had these shop pants a couple weeks now. My new favorite! If they hold up long term I will switch completely to these.
Best of the Best
Solid construction! Good cut and fit! Look great on! And COMFORTABLE to boot! At first I thought the right leg 'cargo' feature was odd (just dual open pockets), but then I put them to use. Gotta love 'em!
These were purchased for my son and he loves them.
Wouldn't buy my work clothes from any other company. When you get the best why go anywhere else!
Great work pants
great fit. durable..must have!
I work as a service tech for an ag dealer. I move around alot. Spend most of my time in the in the field. Pants fit great have good movement. I liked the first pair so much that I ordered more.
Fit is great
I kinda blew a gasket when I ordered this in 34X30 and was sent 34x37. Turns out, I guess, they factor in shrinkage. Fit perfectly after first wash. Look great and very stylish. Gonna order more. Do wish they offered a brown leather belt.
The uniform pants are perfect!!
Extraordinary Pockets! The material of the pants & POCKETS is VERY durable, as promised, and I am very delighted that the pants are so easy to clean/launder. THANK YOU!
So far very impressed with service and quality, if I get good life I will do my happy dance far better than other brands I've purchased!
Best Pants EVER!
I bought 1 SAMPLE pair on Ebay. After 1 day, i was totally impressed. I then purchased another 5 pair for everyday workpants...and still Luv these things. I just ordered another 2 pair.
I promise, U wont have any regrets with these pants.....the Best ever!
The ONLY thing that could be better about them, is offering ODD Waist sizes....as they are only available in Even sizes...30, 32, 34...etc.
pretty sure i have freinds sold on these also.
Nice going Red Kap!...U hit a Grand Slam with me :)
Just received order of 2 pants, tried them on fit perfect! so I just ordered 3 more pair. thanks
The PT2A pants are fantastic. Fit and durability are spot on. If there is one negative it would be the front pocket cut. The opening is straight, personally I prefer a slant cut. However, this small detail is not a deal breaker. Will be ordering more.
Pants can be inseam 36 inches or unhem. Finally found pants meet my expectations . Hard to find work pants for tall men. Plenty pockets for things to carry/hold while working.
VERY COMFORTABLE GREAT VALUE
WILL BUY MORE
Excellent Pants and Great Fit
I like all of the extra pockets that are on the pants. They work out real good for my tools. I can carry some in the pockets when I am working on bicycles in my shop. They work out real good for a repairman .
Great fit !
Pants are tuff , comfortable, fit better and not super baggy like other cargo pants I have ordered.
The right side pockets will hold a Samsung Note 3 in a Defender hard Case. I have 5 pair , and will re-order as needed.
These pants are made to work in. These pants move well in hot and humid conditions.
Thought pants may be heavy in hot weather but not at all the pants breath well.
Haven't had them long but so far very impressed.
If they look and feel as good as they do now in a year I'll be sold forever. Would give them five but can't with the short time I've had them.
Love them, will be ordering more soon!
I saw these pants at the SEMA show last year and was looking forward to them being available. I'm not disappointed.
They fit true to size and the knee pad is lower than on other pants so when I have to put a knee on the floor I'm not on the seam. The carpenter style pocket on the right is perfect for a bottle of polish or small tools, brushes, etc. and the utility style pocket on the left holds my phone and keeps it from getting dusted with compound debry. Of course, there is no exposed hardware which is very important when I'm standing close to a one of a kind Ferrari, a classic Benz, or any other car I'm getting paid to take care of.
Even on hot days the fabric breaths and they're roomy enough to stay cool. They allow easy movement. They look like they're going to wear well though I've only had them a couple of weeks.
The look is service not servant and professional.
I recommend these to everyone who uses this kind of gear. In fact, I think they should be standard issue just in case something comes up where pair of really good work pants might be needed.
What I've been looking for.
I'm a detailer who does a lot of very high end cars so I'm very particular about everything I use including my clothing.
These pants have no exposed metal, they are loose enough to let me move easily but don't look baggy or sloppy. The covered utility pocket on the left side holds my phone out of harms way and keeps it from getting dusty. The open side pockets on the right side can hold a brush, a bottle of polish, a detail stick, or other tools, without putting those things close to the car. The double padding for the knees is about two inches lower than on other double knee pants I've used and because of this, when I do put a knee on the floor, I'm not kneeling on the lower seam of the pad which in my experience causes the stitching to break and the pants to start looking ratty. The material is heavy enough to provide adequate protection but not so heavy as to be hot because there is enough room for ventilation.
I've been waiting since I saw these pants at SEMA last year for them to come out and I'm definitely not disappointed.
